Beckhill Engineering designs and fabricates custom machine bases and substructures to meet the demands of high-performance manufacturing environments. Our bases support everything from precision instruments to large-scale industrial equipment, ensuring structural stability, vibration isolation, and accurate alignment.

Our fabricated machine frames—such as the structural steel base shown—are made using heavy-gauge RHS and I-beam materials, MIG/TIG welded for strength and dimensional accuracy. These are ideal for supporting presses, enclosures, and automation systems where strength and rigidity are critical.

We also manufacture powder-coated interfacing bases like the multi-surface unit featured, which integrates seamlessly into raised flooring environments. These provide structured openings for machine services and cable routing while maintaining load-bearing performance and operator safety.

Matching infill panels with integrated cut-outs and lifting access are produced to complement the base systems. These are fabricated from precision laser-cut mild or stainless steel, finished to match site requirements, and include fastener access points for rapid installation or removal.

Our machine bases are made to order and can include tapped inserts, levelling feet, bolting brackets, and service panels. Every unit is fully assembled and checked prior to dispatch, ensuring it arrives ready to support critical operations.
